FEMME Shift LLC (“FEMME Shift,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through femmeshift.com, our blog, our newsletter, and our live workshops and programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, register for a workshop, or contact us

  • Billing and payment details when you purchase a workshop or program. Payments are processed by Squarespace, and we don’t store full card numbers

  • Information you share in messages, forms, or replies to our emails

  • Information you provide for workshop participation, such as preferences or accessibility needs, if you choose to share them

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects information such as your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you visit on our site, and the page you came from before arriving. 2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send newsletters, blog updates, and workshop information you’ve requested

  • Register you for workshops and programs, process payments, and send confirmations and access details

  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support

  • Improve our website and understand which content is helpful

  • Comply with legal and tax requirements

We don’t sell your personal information.

3. Who We Share Information With

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We do use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf so we can run FEMME Shift. They only receive what they need to perform those services. These include:

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website, runs our site analytics, manages our newsletter and checkout features, processes workshop and program payments

  • Zoom, which hosts live sessions and replays, if used

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of FEMME Shift or others.

4. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live workshops may be recorded for replay access. If a session is recorded, we’ll tell you before the session starts, and participants will be informed about how replays are shared. Please don’t share replay links with others.

5. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@femmeshift.com. Transactional emails, such as purchase confirmations and workshop access details, will still be sent when relevant.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services you’ve requested, maintain records required by law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure payment processing and access controls. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

  • Ask what personal information we have about you

  • Ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to legal requirements

  • Control cookies through your browser settings

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact support @femmeshift.com so we can delete it.

10. Links to Other Websites

Our site may link to third-party sites, including social media and booking tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced through our website or newsletter.
