FEMME Shift Terms & Policies

This page contains our Cancellation and Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. By purchasing from FEMME Shift or using femmeshift.com, you agree to both. Our Privacy Policy is available separately at femmeshift.com/privacy.
PART 1: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1.1 Scope
This policy applies to all FEMME Shift live classes, workshops, courses, and other digital programs, including any payment plan you choose at checkout. It’s effective for purchases made on or after January 1, 2025.
1.2 No Refunds
All sales are final. Because our offerings are digital and provide immediate access to content, materials, or live sessions, payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes cancellations, changes of mind, missed sessions, and inability to attend.
1.3 Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is offered, the schedule and amounts are shown at checkout. Your registration is confirmed when your first payment is processed. Installments must be paid on the dates listed. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.
1.4 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing support@femmeshift.com. Cancelling doesn’t entitle you to a refund. If you’re on a payment plan, you remain responsible for remaining installments unless you transfer your seat under Section 1.6.
1.5 Missed Sessions and Access
Missing a live session doesn’t entitle you to a refund or credit. Where recordings or materials are provided, access is as described on the program page.
1.6 Transfers
Where transfers are permitted, you may transfer your seat or enrollment to another person at no charge by emailing support@femmeshift.com before the program start date, or within the time stated on the program page. The new participant must agree to this policy. The transfer is complete once FEMME Shift confirms it in writing.
1.7 Missed Payment Plan Installments
If an installment isn’t received by its due date, we’ll notify you by email. If it isn’t paid within 3 business days of that notice, your enrollment may be cancelled. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.
1.8 Cancellation or Rescheduling by FEMME Shift
If FEMME Shift cancels a program, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid. If a program is rescheduled and you can’t attend the new date, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future FEMME Shift offering, valid for 12 months.
1.9 Technical Issues
If you can’t access a program because of a problem on our end, such as a broken link or platform outage, contact support@femmeshift.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve it, which may include access to a replay or a replacement session. Problems with your own internet connection or device aren’t grounds for a refund.
PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE
2.1 Who We Are

2.2 Scope
These Terms govern your use of the FEMME Shift website, blog, newsletter, and any live workshops, courses, or digital products offered by FEMME Shift LLC (“FEMME Shift,” “we,” “us”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or purchase from us.
2.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or purchase our offerings.
2.4 Our Content and Services
Our blog posts, newsletters, workshops, courses, and other materials are provided for personal growth and educational purposes. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed provider or emergency services.
We don’t guarantee any particular result. Your outcomes depend on your own participation and circumstances.
2.5 Accounts and Registrations
When you register for a workshop, program, or newsletter, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for activity under your registration.
2.6 Purchases and Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes won’t affect purchases you’ve already completed. Payment plans are governed by the terms shown at checkout and by Part 1 of this page. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount and schedule shown.
2.7 Cancellations and Refunds
Part 1 of this page is part of these Terms and applies to all purchases. Please read it before you buy.
2.8 Live Sessions and Replays
Live sessions and replays are for registered participants only. Access links are personal and may not be shared. Replays are available for the period stated on the program page.
2.9 Intellectual Property
All content on the site and in our programs, including text, images, graphics, workbooks, exercises, audio, video, and the H.E.R. Method, is owned by FEMME Shift or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view our content and use our materials for your own personal growth.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, record, publicly post, or create derivative works from our content or sessions without written permission. You may share a post link or quote a short excerpt with credit to FEMME Shift.
2.10 Participant Conduct
When you participate in our sessions, community spaces, or communications, you agree not to:
Record or screenshot live sessions or materials without permission
Harass, threaten, or disrespect other participants or FEMME Shift
Share access links or course materials with people who haven’t registered
Use the site or programs for unlawful purposes or to spread spam or malware
We may remove participants or cancel access without a refund if they seriously violate these rules.
2.11 User Content
If you submit comments, reviews, messages, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our marketing and on our site, with credit to you if you request it. You’re responsible for what you submit and must have the right to share it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
2.12 Third-Party Links and Services
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as Squarespace, payment processors, and social media platforms. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
2.13 Disclaimers
The site and our offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2.14 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEMME Shift and its members, employees, and contractors won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our offerings. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
2.15 Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless FEMME Shift from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our content or offerings.
2.16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
2.17 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or our offerings if you violate these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
2.18 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2.19 Personal Growth Disclaimer
FEMME Shift offers coaching and educational content for personal development. It isn’t therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health care. Results depend on your own participation, and no outcome is guaranteed.
